Terms of Service
Last updated: September 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of the VoIPClaw platform — the autonomous AI voice infrastructure, the customer portal at www.voipclaw.com, and all related services. By creating an account you agree to them.
01The service
VoIPClaw provides AI-driven telephony services: autonomous voice agents, call routing, analytics and a management portal. The platform operates on Asterisk-grade infrastructure that continuously monitors and repairs itself; we target 99.9% availability on Professional plans and 99.99% under an executed Enterprise SLA.
The OpenClaw AI engine is currently being attached to the platform. Until it is live, dashboard metrics are representative sample data and agent configurations are stored but not yet executed.
02Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details (company, contact email, phone number) and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts remain in pending state until the first invoice settles.
You may not resell access to the platform without a written reseller agreement, nor use it for unlawful interception of communications, unsolicited robocalling to parties who have not consented, or any activity prohibited by applicable telecom regulation.
03Bitcoin-native billing
Subscriptions are billed exclusively in Bitcoin through BTCPay Server, our self-hosted, non-custodial payment processor. Invoices are generated at the BTC/USD rate at the time of payment; on-chain and Lightning payments are both accepted.
Because Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, subscription payments are non-refundable once an invoice settles, except where required by law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel at any time and the service remains active until the end of the paid period.
Failed or expired invoices leave the account in pending state; no service interruption occurs for accounts with an active period.
04Acceptable use
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including telecom, data-protection and consumer-protection regulation in every jurisdiction you call into. Callers must be informed that they are speaking with an AI agent where local law requires it — agent voice disclosure tooling is provided for this purpose.
We may suspend accounts that generate abusive traffic, fraud, or network abuse, with notice where practical.
05Call data and recordings
Call metadata (numbers, duration, sentiment classification, summaries) is retained to power your dashboard and can be deleted on request. Once the AI engine is live, recording and transcription retention is configurable per account.
You represent that you hold the necessary rights and consents for any personal data that flows through your calls.
06Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoIPClaw is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or missed business opportunities arising from service interruptions. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
07Changes and termination
We may update these terms with at least 14 days notice via email or an in-portal banner. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account; provisions that by their nature survive (billing for periods already consumed, limitation of liability) remain in force.
